Old Vine Chenin Blanc from the Jurassic Vineyard in the Santa Ynez AVA. The Santa Barbara County Chenin is actually what we wanted to make. New French Oak, barrel fermentation and some stainless steel was the final blend. This was picked at low brix and with a finished alcohol of 11.2.
